Kent Road to be quieter after Xmas

Katherine and Stuart
The residents of Kent Road can celebrate that their combined efforts to put a stop to heavy traffic using their residential road as an access to various sites accessed near the junction of the Salt Mead Estate has in part been successful.

McNicholas (ground works company) who have been operating from salt mead industrial estate have been given until 5th January to cease a number of their operations from this location.

Green Party candidate Katherine Barbour helped residents with this campaign and here she is with Stuart Neale one of the residents in the street.

Katherine said- "this is a good Christmas present for local residents "

End.
