Greens gained 60% more votes nationally. 

For Southampton there was some relief for our own results in two situtations which could have been far worse. 

Southampton results for our two candidates are even better than anticipated where in Itchen the vote would have been squeezed and in Test Katherine rebuilt support having stood aside in 2017.

Also our Treasurer Ron Meldrum who stood in Eastleigh attracted 1,639 an increase of 1.5% voting share.
