After our first successfully run electronic election, we are pleased to announce that Katherine Barbour has been selected to represent the Green Party in the 2018 council elections in Portswood.
Portswood is an important area and we are lucky to have such a strong candidate standing. Ms Barbour has worked as a social worker, an NHS Manager and now works as a project manager for an NHS organisation focussed on innovation and spread of health care, She has worked with local communities for years and will be known to many as a member of the Portswood, Highfield and St Denys Dementia Action Group.
Ms Barbour is also active in the church, the Love Our Waterfront campaign and the Southampton Cycling Campaign.
