Council struggle to establish waste and recycling services.

Southampton Green Party respects that workers needed a new contract to work with, including the encouragement to take proper breaks, but now residents are more waste conscious and twice weekly collections have been in place for years, the council should be capable of sorting this problem before summer temperatures amplify the problems associated with a shoddy service.
